Jim enjoyed a successful 30 year career in the resort real estate business, orchestrating over $500 million in sales. He choreographed the sales and/or marketing programs for some of the largest and most successful developments in Canada, Mexico and the United States. He created innovative approaches to sales and marketing that established records which still stand in the resort real estate business. In 2008 he decided it was time to lay down his pen and calculator and raise a toast to “life after real estate.” That’s when lightning struck him and he realized just how difficult it is to eat, drink and shake hands at a gathering if you only have two hands. Not wanting to change humanity by figuring out how to add a third hand he chose the easier, more practical concept ~ he invented Mingle Easy ~ a logical approach to making it easy to mingle at parties (better than adding a third hand.)

  TIM LEHMAN
 

Design, manufacturing & development

Tim has been one of the premier sales executives in the Paper Packaging business for over 30 years. Humbly, he says “I’m a toilet paper salesman” however, he has created hundreds of different packaging projects and designs, from corrugated display boxes to custom printed plastics, to thermoformed and injection molded parts. In 2008 Jim discussed his Mingle Easy idea with Tim and the flame was lit for a hot new product. Tim’s vast experience in the industry coupled with his knowledge of suppliers and their capabilities enhanced the innovative designs and engineering of the Mingle Easy line of products. Tim knows intimately how to choreograph the design, manufacturing, packaging and distribution of Mingle Easy, which keeps the cost down and the quality up for our clients.

During his 30 years in the packaging industry, Tim has established trusting relationships with premiere product distributers and manufactures with major accounts in key food industry locations in Southern California and Las Vegas. Hang on party world, Tim is bringing Mingle Easy to a cocktail party near you.

Beth has been affectionately known as CFO (Can’t Find the Office) because her erstwhile career has been … playing tennis and golf and raising a wonderful son and daughter. She knows wine better than the rest of the team so it’s in our best interest to keep her close to the product. She is responsible for coordinating the process of getting your plates delivered to you where and when you want them.
