RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your Mingle Easy purchase.  In the unlikely event you are not satisfied you may return new, unused, undamaged merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.  You are responsible for all shipping charges.  The exception would be where the order was incorrect due to an error on our part.Your refund will be made once the product is received at our warehouse and we process the return. Refunds will be made in the same manner the purchase was originally made via PayPal or a major credit card.

 Personalized orders cannot be canceled or returned.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all retail and wholesale orders.

To start the return process call 702 467-7060 or email jules@mingleeasy.com. You will be provided with an authorization form to enclose in the box. The return mailing address is 28911 Jaeger Drive, Laguna Niguel, CA. 92677.  

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the continental United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and at this time we are not shipping to international destinations.

When you place an order, the system will the shipping price and etimated delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose.
