We want you to be satisfied with your Mingle Easy purchase. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied you may return new, unused, undamaged merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Your refund will be made once the product is received at our warehouse, we process the return and your bank process’s our request for the refund (your bank could take as long as 5-10 business days). Refunds will be made in the same manner the purchase was originally made via PayPal or a major credit card.
Personalized orders cannot be canceled or returned.
Mingle Easy will pay return postage if the return is the result of our error.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all retail and wholesale orders.
To start the return process, you need to click on the Return Form below, print and complete the Return Form, enclose it in the box and mail the merchandise to 28911 Jaeger Drive, Laguna Niguel, CA. 92677. You are responsible for the return postage. Provided the merchandise is in its original condition your refund will be processed.
